The Role
We're looking for a hands-on, commercially minded HR Manager to own the full employee lifecycle at Arringo, from the moment someone applies to the moment they thrive. You'll report directly to the CEO, partner with senior management, and be the trusted voice employees and managers turn to for guidance, fairness, and clarity. If you love variety, thrive on responsibility, and want your fingerprints on culture, not just paperwork, this is your next role.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations: Be the go-to for disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance and conduct matters, handled fairly and consistently.
Workforce Planning: Partner with management to plan staffing needs in a structured, cost-conscious way.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Own the candidate and new-hire experience from offer to induction.
Performance Management: Guide managers through probation reviews, feedback and performance improvement plans.
Learning & Development: Spot skills gaps and help build capability across every department.
Culture & Engagement: Champion the initiatives that keep collaboration and communication strong as we grow.
Compensation, Benefits & Compliance: Keep salary changes, benefits and HR records accurate, confidential and audit-ready.
