About the Role

As our Compliance Analyst, you will help ensure the business operates with integrity, transparency, and fairness.

You will carry out KYC, KYB, AML, fraud, and risk checks, verify customer information and documentation, identify potential compliance risks, and support the business in meeting its regulatory and internal requirements.

What you will be doing

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting KYC, KYB, AML, fraud, and risk checks on customers.
• Evaluating potential risks and identifying appropriate mitigation measures.
• Verifying customer documents accurately and efficiently.
• Handling KYC/KYB queries, exceptions, and requests from internal business teams.
• Maintaining a strong knowledge of our products and compliance requirements.
• Providing professional and customer-focused support throughout the verification process.
• Communicating issues and feedback to management.
• Supporting ad-hoc projects within the Compliance team and wider business.
• Working flexibly with colleagues and supporting other areas of the business when required.

What we're looking for

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• MQF Level 3 or higher.
• At least 1 year of experience in KYC, KYB, AML, fraud, risk, or a related compliance environment.
• Good knowledge of KYC and KYB processes.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Good computer and customer service skills.
• A professional, reliable, and empathetic approach.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Certifications considered an asset

• AML Essentials
• Anti-Money Laundering & Countering of Terrorist Financing
• Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Business Risk Assessment
• KYC and KYB
